We wanted a basic machine that dried the clothes. THIS DOESN'T DO THAT. It takes three cycles to dry and we've looked at all possible reasons it doesn't work. Now that we have it we can't get rid of it. Too late to return and manufacturer says nothing wrong with it. What a bad experience. Bottom line; it doesn't work because it is designed poorly. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK.

It would dribble water all over the clothes, not steam. Then it stopped heating for a while. Then it would work. Then we had to run every load for about a cycle and a half to dry. And finally, it started running for about 30 seconds, then died. I have never been so unsatisfied with an appliance purchase in my whole life. I will not be making another whirlpool purchase.
