This one is awesome,, one item I did not know ( or like at first) was when the dryer says it is done you can not restart it until it cools off OR you unload it, I thought it was defective but after some research I found out what it was and why would not restart... but since then, I have gotten use to it and it works FANTASTIC....

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am beyond frustrated with this dryer it drys like no other when it runs. It just is not very often. It is only a few years old. However in the last couple of years I have replaced a couple of fuses, thermostat and everything else that does not warrant actual major work. It’s almost if the dang thing is meant to break down and be replaced. While I am sure it is not the case it is extremely frustrating. I love it when it works, But it is getting harder to feel that way. Tonight I ran a load and it went quick. Yet went to add another load and now it won’t turn on at all. Are you kidding me! My Cancer was less frustrating! At least that was consistent. Sorry if I offended anyone.

Not nearly as good as my previous Whirlpool Cabrio. It has a very basic user interface. I have yet to use the Steam cycle, so I have no review of that feature.

Worked fine a few months, now won't get hot

After sitting for a day or so, it starts to operate normally. I don't know whether it's Best Buy quality or manufacturer, but this dryer is less than a year old and we just replaced a washer that we originally purchased from Best Buy that was less than 3 years old. I would not recommend this product.

Handle Broke

This is a first, and may be the LAST appliance (or ANYTHING) that I purchase from Best Buy.
