This is a good dryer for a budget. It's louder than my previous dryer

Dryer has drying issues on heavier loads. More compatible with light/moderate loads.

I bought this dryer because my old one stopped working. I was excited about getting the new one because we had been without one for too long. Unfortunately, i have to run every load twice on the longest setting for my clothes to actually be dry which is a problem if I forget to restart it for the second round through. Sometimes they sit for too long while they are damp and end up smelling... This also means that I can't have my clothes dry when i need them at times. It works, just not as well as I'd hoped it would.

Have been using this dryer for about 4 months now, and it is perfect. It is easy to operate and dries the load quickly. I appreciate having 3 heat settings plus the “no heat” setting. I would definitely buy this same dryer again. A great value.

We left our old Whirlpool appliances in the old house when we moved and found them to be very reliable, so we are trying Whirlpool again. So far so good. Reviews for major appliances should really be well down the road, rather than having Best Buy push you to write them within two weeks.

Chose this washer because it was the least expensive washer with no agitator. The thing is huge, cleans great! Honestly there is no need for any of the fancy electronics expensive washers - all those things just result in expensive repair bills. Super happy with this purchase!

I bought this dryer after my old one broke and I am glad I did!! It's efficient and holds more than my washer!! Being a mother and getting easily distracted from laundry is easy but the "finished alarm" goes off to remind me. Overall great product with no problems!

I purchased this dryer with the matching washer. The decision was based on price and at this price it was the best value compared to other brands in this price range. There is not much difference between dryers. They all use about the same energy and do the same job.

I didn't really want a lot of "bells and whistles" so, this was the dryer for me. I par dry everything and then line dry it except for socks and underwear, so this dryer is perfect! I'm trying to make less of a carbon imprint on the earth!

It has all the features we were looking were looking for at an amazing price including the wrinkle shield option which I absolutely love! It dries quickly and doesn't waste time by continuing to run once then items are dry. I highly recommend this product!

Whirlpool is a name you know and trust. This dryer works great and perfect for the needs of our small apartment. This is one of their basic models with no extra features. The only thing I did wish it had was a light. Overall for the quality and price it was a bargain.

My current dryer failed on me and I had to get a quick replacement on the cheap side and picked this one up. So far it works just as it should, slightly louder than my old one, and is not going to win any competitions in the looks and ergonomics departments.

These are our first washer and dryer, and as grad students we needed them to be cheap. These were not only a very reasonable price, but they have been working very well since we got them. As an added bonus, they were even delivered and installed!! What a relief.
