    This looks nicer than the duet steam I have been using. After putting in a first load of whites to dry, I discovered there were streaks of grey on most of the clothings. I am wondering if there is dark oil residue in the dryer. I am not happy about this. I will have to wipe the inside of the dryer to make sure it doesn’t dirty my clothes. Hope the cleaning of the drum will solve the problem.

    This dryer is great. Well-lit with a great sanitize option, which I love. The timer settings work well. They don't always dry everything thoroughly, there is still a bit of moisture, but I kinda like that...it means my clothes didn't shrink! And I can always do a timed dry if i want them to dry a few minutes longer.

    I usually use the 'Bulky" setting for fast drying. Occasionally, I use the other cycles as needed. I like how large the drum is and there is a light inside! My 14 year old Whirlpool dryer is still being used by my neighbor. I hope to get good long service from this Whirlpool dryer, too!

    After my old Whirlpool went out I thought about purchasing another brand but glad I stayed with Whirlpool. Like the design that brings in water for steam from connection & does not require filling a separate bottle on top inside of dryer each time using. Quick refresh is awesome on this unit
