Awesome dryer, quiet and large. Not sure if it’s energy efficient yet haven’t seen the electric bill.. but meets our large families needs

Ordered and had Best Buy install a little over a month ago. Had great communication from time of order, until day of install, which only took a few days. Very happy with the product, and love the color and different dry settings.

Very easy to use. Clothes are very soft, settings are very easy to understand.

My old dryer used to accumulate so much lent... this thing does NOT have that issue. Looks beautiful as well -- very sleek and modern design.

Buyer beware. Do Not Buy. This is my second time purchasing this bundle package. The first time the dryer overheated with in hours and shut off. The issue happened daily for a week. I returned the unit and BB installer told me they hardly get returns said I got a faulty unit. So trusting his advise I asked for a replacement. Got the replacement and guess what after day 20 the dry does the same thing overheating and shutting off. BB wouldn’t replace brand new unit due to 15 day return policy. Had to call Whirlpool for a service at 20 days old. Now told have to order new computer board and wait for it to arrive. We have been with a working washing and dryer over a month as this is my second unit. Stay away. Wanted to love it but this is not worth the money I spent. I would get rid of it if I could but after spending 2,700. And money for the warranty just can’t toss it. So now the waiting game on when this will be repaired and y family can start doing laundry. Save your self the grief. You can also look up common errors for this product and see the documentation. Ps no compensation for us not being able to wash and dry. This is my second replacement.

I’ve only used it once so far but I really like it. it’s a little bit difficult to figure out how to change the temperature level and my installers did not stick around to show me that but there is a quick reference guide.

This is the second Whirlpool dryer I have owner. Whirlpool has done nothing but make the product better and more user friendly. Working with the Best Buy Team was a positive experience; they are professional and knowledgeable.

Nice dryer but wish the interior was stainless steel and had a light when you open the door.

I love the dryer but is built a little cheaply for the price I paid. Set looked very nice in the laundry room.

They work amazing! Glad I purchased! My clothes are coming out cleaner than with my old pair. Drying time has been cut in half.

Very big fan of the Samsung products. We have the matching washer and dryer. Very pleased with the quality of the wash. It is also sings the most beautiful songs! Lol! You will enjoy!
