Great service except changing my delivery date one more month

We have had this dryer for several weeks and it works great. No problems.

Gas dryer and matches old Duet washer we have, replaced that one first, so dryer was 18 years old and time to replace. This was highly rated, old one was great, eady tonorder and delivery by Best Buy. Efficient delivery and install took 15 minutes max. Works great, looks great, recommend Whirlpool (again) and Best Buy (again)!

I purchased this after researching it. The first week it had a horrible noise. I called Geek Squad because I purchased the extended warranty. They told me I had to call Whirlpool the first year. It was only a week old!!! Whirlpool sent out their only authorized repairman to my house. Apon arrival he complained about the heat and work and I finally asked if he was going to find the problem. He told me it was a noise, and you usually didn't find the problem with noises. He seemed aggravated that I asked him to take it apart to see if he could find the problem. I finally called Whirlpool while he was there and they told me to tell him to call the tech line. That made him more aggravated. He told me it wouldn't do any good, that they wouldn't do anything. He ended up leaving and telling me that he told them there was a "faint" noise. The noise is so loud that we can hear it two rooms away! I called Whirlpool back and told them about my experience. They told me that they would have to call the same guy out!! I said that wouldn't do any good, but they told me I needed to "document" it. They made another appointment for this useless person to come back out, and low an behold he didn't show up. I am very frustrated to have a dryer that is now a month old and still has a noise that I have to shut doors to lower the noise. I'm not a happy customer!

Great dryer! I did have a hassle installing it because I had to change the venting so it would go 3-4 feet to the left to reach our current dryer vent outlet. We did need to find out how to change the signal when it was done drying so we could hear it better.

Everything working well so far. Too soon to tell if this lasts

It was a little difficult to get used to starting it because it was a different procedure than the last one. It was a piece of cake when I read the directions!

We purchased the Whirlpool WGD5620HW serial number MX4702911 on Dec 5th 2020 from Best Buy. However already this month (less than two months after purchase), the dryer stopped working and a service technician from Whirlpool said it was due to a "faulty" panel. We are very disappointed that something that costs nearly $1000 is already needing a repair and moreover because of this have had to do coin-op laundry to wash and dry our clothes. A very frustrated consumer

I like this dryer so far. The only thing I wished it had was the auto dry sensor so I can save on gas bill and environment.

We looked at many different units but settled on this set for 2 reasons, made in American and the sensor dry feature in the dryer. Plus almost $500 in rebates from our power company due to energy efficiency of the machines.

It seems good the installation process sucked bad installers without the right parts to put it together after telling salesman what was needed

Meh. It’s ok. Not a huge fan but it gets the job done. I recommend using timed heat versus using the settings.

Just bought the dry have not used it yet. But it's now on sale and best buy would not give me the price match guarantee

It's important to my wife and I to purchase as many items as we can that are made here in the US. This is our second Whirlpool Gas Dryer. Looking forward to this one lasting as long as the first!

Purchased this as a set with a washer 2 weeks ago. So far so good, however, wish it had a tumbler light as my previous LG model.

Great dryer, it does everything perfectly how it’s needed. It looks nice in our laundry room. Very clean. Buttons are sensitive so be careful, if your not gentle it will get warm out quickly. Only had it for a few weeks but we love our dryer

The dryer with the many cycle settings ensures just the right drying levels. It is very easy to use and even defaults best cycle settings depending on the type of load. The Wrinkle Control and Damp Dry are very handy and work as advertised.

The error code did finally go away after a few weeks but it was annoying.

Happy with this dryer, had a whirlpool duet dryer previously and this is what I replaced it with.

we are having drying issues with this model. Best buy is coming out this week to resolve this issue
