I hope this Whirlpool top load washer machine will last well over 5 year plan protection. I had to buy this washer because model i was interested wasn't on sale. But there are features that I won't use. Topload washer machine replaced was a Kenmore built by Whirlpool that "passed away" after 3 years and not protection plan. Actuator problem issue common on Whirpool washers. LG washers are expensive, Samsungs have bad reviews and recalls plus are built in Thailand.

I have washed clothes with the old machines that have the agitator in the middle this one doesn't and I am very happy with it my clothes don't get all tied up and twisted around it.this was a great purchase especially for the price

Our laundry room is near our kitchen. Every sound from the washer and dryer is heard. The Cabrio is extremely quiet with limited vibration. You have to stop and listen to confirm it is running. My wife loves it. That's what matters to me.

After researching new dryers, we decided to buy the matching washer and I am so glad we did! I am in love. Our old washer was a front load and much smaller. I love how much bigger our new washer is! I could wash maybe 4 or 5 towels before, whereas now I can wash 8 or 10. This new washer has cut my laundry time in more than half. I couldn't be happier. The only negative comment I have is about our comforter. I bought this washer thinking I could wash my comforters and not take them to the cleaners. I washed our king sized comforter and when it came out it had ruined it. It started fraying and pilling everywhere. I am not sure if it is the material of the comforter or the washer but I am hesitant to try and wash another comforter. Overall, I love my new washer and would recommend it to everyone!!!

I bought this washer after reading other people reviews. after using it for a month I am satisfied with it. it is good brand , good price less recalls.

This washer looks good and also does a good job of washing our loads. It's super quiet and the steam option definitely is a plus. Haven't run into any issues at so far, and the Best Buy team did a very good job of installing as well.

I bought my product 6 weeks ago and have been still battling the terrible service and run around. The delivery was an hour late after I was given a 4 hour window then they stripped a washer causing a slow leak that leaked into the next rooms carpet. I called and went in person for weeks to never get a call until this week. I was told that it was not their issue and needed to call the delivery company to file a claim.... umm no thanks. I had to wait for 2 --4 hour delivery windows and have yet to have someone apologize let alone maybe compensate me for this.

Very pleased with this Washer. Would definitely recommend it.

My wife likes it, but it can be a little noisy. It can hold big loads which she likes and was very affordable. We have only had it 1 month so far.

This washer gets out stains like none other while using a minimum amount of water and soap. It even removed stains that have been washed in for years: those old clothes (and even a rug) came out like new. Couldn't be happier.

As with most reviews I've read HE machines do not clean quite as well as the older machines due to the low water usage of the HE washers.

This is a great washer and it fits a lot as we wash king size bedding and don't have any problems with it. Clothes come out very clean.

Very nice washer, with many easy pre set washing cycles. Easy to use! Only reason have 4 star was no other colors were available for this model.

This is a nice upgrade from our previous front load washer. No mold, easy to use, cleans clothes really well. Bought the matching dryer and they were both easy to install.
