Much better than my previous washer. Clothes do seem to be more wrinkled when washer finishes. Probably due to the energy efficient style.

First washer did not work. Second washer had a dent. 2.5 weeks delay in getting a working washer We like the washer now that we have it. Best Buy folks were nice but still inconvient

This washer is fantastic. It's got so many settings and with the autofill water is never wasted no matter how small the load. It is a little bigger than the measurement shows due to the way some pieces in the back stick out, but only by about an inch.

The washer is working great. The clothes are drying much faster - must be the spin cycle is much more effective

Have been using this washer for several months and love it. There is no agitator so you just throw the clothes in the washer. My clothes have come out really clean and the spin cycle does a great job removing excess water. Machine had a nice clean look. I am glad I made the purchase.

I wrote an early review in which I just TRASHED this washer. However, after my wife got used to how to balance the load it actually work pretty well and like I summarized it has HUGE capacity.

Very efficient. Could be a bit quieter but when the door is closed not really an issue. Washes and dries great . We bought for our kids as they got their first home. Great starter set.

It does not even get the clothing wet. See my photo of the half dry blanket I just pulled out after an hour wash cycle! Other image is water level WITH me adding 3 buckets before agitation! This new smart weight sensing technology does not work! I have to hit hold button and dump 3 gallons of water in to trick the weight on EVERY LOAD. Some people put bricks inside. Watch videos and read threads of angry customers. I cannot wait for the class action lawsuit on this one. Do not buy! The clothing does not move around without the agitator, comes out smelling dirty and with dry patches. Even push button display is finicky and you have to press and press and press 5 times to select hot water! Who designs this stuff? What a joke

I always buy whirlpool cabrio washer and dryer coz its have great performance. My old washer gave up after 7years and was happy to get the new one! It's a great up grade; bigger and more high tech. The best is made in America and it works super great with an awesome deal at Best Buy!

I have only had this washer for a few months but my wife loves the washer and its features. It has a big load capacity. Only issue we have is washing a large load of blankets causes the washer to shake when I believe the washer is not level or wasn't installed right by Best Buy employees.

Its a great washer that does washing when you put clothes in it. Touch is good, makes less noise, and whirlpool is supposed to be reliable so that's good too

I've had this for a little less than a year, and it's been working great so far. We wash probably 4 batches of clothes, bed sheets, etc. a week, and it takes it with no problem. It's also very nice to be able to wash our comforter at home when we need, because of the load capacity.

My wife and I picked this up after our previous washing finally died after years of use. We wanted to try a low profile washer, and this one does not disappoint. We love that it adjusts its cycle depending on the load being ran, and does a great job at getting everything clean.

My first brand new washer in many years. It is so quiet. The open tub in the top loader is new to me, I love the room, but still wonder if I am loading it evenly. The auto water setting is great. The digital setting still have me wondering if/where the USB plug is. I love this washer.

NIce and quiet. So far so good. I thought I was getting a glass lid, but other than that, it is a good washer.

Bought this washer for my wife. The front loading washer was eating our clothes and a hassle to get the clothes out. This one is easy to use and is low water use also like the front loader.
