This washer is very nice. The only drawback I've found so far is that it really isn't made for one person's laundry. I do about a load a week, sorted into 2-3 loads. The smaller loads don't always get clean/wet because there isn't a water setting. I've also noticed that there is a constant residue on my black clothes (googled it and found out it is from the suds, but never had this issue with a front loader). Other than that, it is a very nice machine...and would be perfect for families with bigger loads.

I have no complaints so far, my family likes the touch screen panel, average wash cycle is 50minuts, but holds an extra large load.

This is my first he washer and I really enjoy how much laundry I can get into one load. Has newer technology but isn't overwhelming.

It is huge and can fit so much including our king size quilt. I like the many different cycle options available. The signal bells / indicators are much nicer than the traditional washing machine tones

After having 2 front loaders and not very impressed with them, went back to top loader and couldn't be happier. Machine does nice job, huge capacity and has the most pleasant end of cycle chimes. Love it.

I've had this washer now for 2 months. It is a good washer and can handle large amount of clothes. I was able to wash my comforter easily

When I saw the price I couldn't believe it, when I bought it they even knocked out $50 and I was like sold. Ever since I got it I kept washing and washing

Very quiet. If you're in a hurry you can set it yo quick wash, which will wash your clothes on about 30 minutes. Plenty of space for comforters and blankets.

Sleek look, great functions. Relatively quiet when it runs. So far has met all my expectations. I bought a new washer as my old one started leaking. Very pleased all together

The salesperson was terrific. Over the phone she helped me order the washing machine online. When I had a problem with the 1st deliv/install she promptly set up a second install visit. First installer was not helpful and wanted nothing to do with a prob w the machine filling.. The 2nd installer was very cordial and friendly. He did forget to rehook up hose so when I used machine in drained water all over the floor.

Worked good for the short time I had it. U fortunately I had to return it as I no longer needed it.

My first experience with a washer with no agitator. Lots of room to wash bulky items, but cycles do run long on time

I didn't personally install, the Best Buy crew . They were fast and efficient. Also gave a few helpful tips. The family loves how much fits in it. We have cut our laundry loads down by at least half.

We’ve had this washer for a month and everything has been running smooth. I love the size and all the options. It may be a little loud but not anything that is a huge deal.

Nice big washing machine that is very efficient! Cleaning times aren't to long and clothes come out perfectly clean! Easy to use and operate!

My old washer died on me, so I bought this one to replace it. I do like this washer, however, I have noticed that my clothes don't smell like my detergent after being washed like my old one did. I put enough detergent in the drawer & don't use the xtra rinse cycle. Not a big deal because they are clean, just noticed there's no smell (if anyone has a fix for this, please do tell)! Also, I had read previous complaints about clothes being dry/dirty when taking them out; use the deep wash cycle and no issue!! Ordering, delivery, & install was made very simple. Delivered on time & guys did a great job installing. And, BB was cheaper than Home Depot! Thank you BB!!

Great machine. Works great and was delivered fast.

The Whirlpool Cabrio cleans our laundry beautifully, is quiet, and very efficient. Control panel is easy to follow and offers lots of choices 4 whatever you're cleaning. We are very pleased.
