Bang for Buck

Hopefully just a bad product

The box was in good shape but the seal on the whistler box was loose. Updated the data base and installed in my vehicle. Drove a total of 19 miles with laser detected going off for at least 17 of those miles. I have never owned a detector before but knew that's not normal. Returned for a refund. I didn't try a second unit to see if it functioned differently.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
