I've had this tracker for a few weeks and I like it. It seems to be pretty close to accurate and the heart rate monitor is a nice touch. I only wish it worked while exercising. You have to take it out of the case to track your heart rate. I'm not sure how it tracks your sleep, probably just movement, but the app tells you how much lite sleep versus deep sleep and I like that feature as well. I wish it had a few features like automatically knowing when you are going to sleep. Right now you have to go to the menu and select it. I would love for it to sync with a chest monitor, the heart rate/O2 sensor is not to practical while exercising. All around great product and the battery life is great. I get a couple weeks on a charge but I check it only about 3 or 4 times a day.

I was looking for a pedometer to track my steps. This turned out to be even better! It's light and I hardly know it's there. Along with steps and calories, it also does my heart rate, which was a big feature for me. And it syncs with the app on my iPhone! It's also expandable to use with the blood pressure and weight scale.

The pulse is easy to use and downloads data directly to my phone. It was a little difficult getting it synced to my android phone initially. I had to delete the withings app and re install it. After that it worked great. The battery doesn't seem to last a full ten days but it tracks steps and sleep well. I really like the heart rate monitor.

I was excited to see Withings producing a sleep and fitness tracker. I have the BP monitor and scales from Withings. Both are accurate and great products, so I was expecting the same from this product. First, very little customization available. No calibration for stride. So it doesn't come close to matching my MotoActive. No sleep adjustments. Second, more irritating than accuracy is the silicone clip. I had it one week and it tore while removing the tracker. Contacting the customer service at Withings was easy and they said a replacement was on the way. Two weeks later, no replacement and no responses to my emails. And third, the display coating scratches easily. I've had to keep the tracker in my pocket and have been careful to not place anything else in there with it.
I still like it, but my MotoActive works much better for everything except the sleep tracking. If Motorola would update their software to add sleep tracking, it would be much better.

I like the size, weight and holder. It stays on the belt and has never slipped off. It is easy to use and syncs easily with the Withings App on the iPhone. My biggest concern is the accuracy of sleep recording. It frequently shows me falling asleep when I know I am awake. I have even gotten up and gone out the kitchen for some hot tea and it will show me in light sleep. It also does not accurately record steps for cycling. It does fine for regular walking and Zumba. I find that I need to charge it every 4-5 days. (I use this constantly.) I wish the software would be updated to more accurately reflect usage.

I got the Withings Pulse as it received great reviews. I wanted an activity tracker that was small and simple, something I can put in my pocket and forget. Didn't want a wristband.
I've been using it for two months and love it. The free app [downloadable for IOS or Android] works great, has nice details and allows tracking thru manual entry of weight and blood pressure [though you can buy Withings scale and blood pressure monitors that have blue tooth communications to the app]. Tracking is the first step to making changes. I've been able to realize the stronger relationship between activity, food/calories and weight. Withings App also works with the myfitnesspal app for integrated calorie intake and outgoing [due to activity]. Cant ask for a better integrated solution.
The only negative is the clip they provide will totally screw up the elevation calculation. So cant use it. Didn't matter to me as I don't use it.
Otherwise, highly recommend it and have to several friends that have purchased them.

I have owned the Fitbit One and FItbit Flex and had returned both of them for various reasons. I purchased the Withings Pulse and haven't regretted it one bit. It's accurate, easy to use and integrates perfectly with my phone. The Withings website is great also, providing a ton of information.
One thing the Pulse does that no other tracker does is actually take your pulse. You simply put your finger on the back of the device and within a few seconds it will show your current pulse.

Great device! I picked up this device for two reasons: 1. The store didn't have the FitBit that I wanted, and 2. Withings has all of the functionality of the FitBit plus more.
This device is to be worn on your belt to accurately track your activity levels. But, it also includes a strap to wear it on your wrist in order to accurately track your sleep. In addition, the Withings app integrates with MyFitnessPal, a food diary app that helps monitor your calorie consumption..

I like having a step counter that is inconspicuous and doesn't have sharp corners that scratch. In hindsight I wish the rubbery cover was non-black; so many workout clothes are black and it really blends right in. Mine went through the wash after only a week and now the sleep function doesn't work. I know, my fault, but I'm still bummed. This also makes me wish it was waterproof. Otherwise, I like it a lot and the blue screen is nicely unobtrusive.

I LOVE my Withings Pulse! It is easy to use, has an app I can use on my smart phone or computer. Has readings for steps climbed (ft) and how long you sleep. My only complaint is that the little black rubber clip thingy gets caught on things, bends, and it slips out. I lost mine a few times that way, but found it most of the time. I recently bought the bracelet, and it has a much safer design. Haven't lost it yet!

Purchased this to replace the UP band. Found it easy to use, better tracking than the UP band and had great interface with other applications like MyFitnessPal, etc. Noticed the battery did not last 2 weeks as advertised (only about 3 days). Unfortunately, left it on some pants that got tossed into washer. Took it out quickly but even after several days in a bowl of rice to dry it out, it never powered on again. Only had it two weeks...
I would probably not recommend as it really should be built to withstand a dip in water.

if you are planning on using it on the sunny days outside, beware you cannot see anything on the display.
I have noticed that the heart rate monitor does not work if you are holding the device and it is (sunny) bright outside, if you put you hand in your pocket, then it works

I love this pedometer. It has so many features it has been glued to me since I bought it. The only thing I have doesn't work so well is the sleep tracking because I wake up a lot at night. Unfortunately the pedometer doesn't do so well at compounding to get an accurate sleep tracking. However, most people won't have that problem. I love the battery life. I never remember to charge it and the 2 week estimate is probably accurate. It also has an easy connection to phone and web app.

I have had the Pulse for a few weeks now and I like it much better then the Fitbit I used to have. Its nice having access to more then one days worth of data on the device screen and the sleep settings are less error prone then on a fitbit. The ability to check your pulse works well when it works but at times it can take several times to get a reading. That does not take away for me the quality and usability of the device.

Bought this for my wife to use. It works well tracking her steps and also tracks her sleep when she wears it.
The only thing needed is to link it to the Withings app by Bluetooth. Then just clip it on and walk
Unfortunately, the holder for the pulse has torn and the Pulse doesn't want to stay in the holder as we'll now. We haven't tried to contact Withings about that yet

The Pulse is simple, small, accurate, and easy to use. I pulled it out of the box and loved it. Setting it up to my iPhone was fairly simple. I had to reboot my iPhone to make it work right and then it up and running. The sleep tracking blew my mind! It gave me a lot of information on my sleep pattern and I was able to make a few adjustments to maximize my sleep. The heart rate monitor on the back doesn't seem to be to accurate, but that wasn't really a key feature I was looking for. The battery lasts over a week with heavy use and the charge time is quick. You will love this product if you get it!

My first one didn't work after about 40 days... Returned it and got a new one. Clip stays well. Thought the heart rate feature would be easier to use...it is not constant and you must take it out of the case to use it. It's awkward to use. Like that the step count seems very accurate. I haven't yet tried the sleep feature.

this little device can be clipped or stuffed in your pocket. For nighttime use you place it in a soft unobtrusive wrist band that is comfortable. It does a good job of measuring your steps (pedometer) . It does not capture workouts such as P90X, but if you run, walk or jog it will capture your effort as well as the time period. So you get an output versus time in the Withings app. This means your sleep level and your walking/ running activity get plotted versus time when you view them in the app.
The Withings app on Mac, iPhone and iPad makes an excellent visual display of your status and progress.
I highly recommend it.

I bought this for the many features, including the sleep tracker, the heart rate tracker and the ability to automatically synch the results to the tracker. Unfortunately, I am left with a very expensive step tracker because the sleep tracker and heart rate tracker have stopped working, and it rarely if ever synchs automatically (have to manually do it). I have it only a few months. Thank goodness I didn't also buy the scale as well!

I had used a FitBit previously and unfortunately lost it so I decided to try a different tracker. This works well, pretty much the same thing as the FitBit. Counts my steps so does what I wanted it to do.
