    This product is good for few days until i install Z-Wave Module and it is not working for some reason i even tried to contact Yale support no use I am retruning this and will get a new one adn will try with Im1 Module I heared it will work with this lock.

    Bought this for my house after seeing my sisters'. She's had here's for a couple of years, while mine's going well about half. Reliable and no issues. Did think it's a tad pricey, so try to get it on sale.

    Good quality however when I bought at store it was said that connected to the internet and it is not. I got frustrated once my plan was to open or close the door in my celphone

    Great locks, only issue is the touch screen is a bit sensitive and the lock enables when I brush my hand over it
