Order number BBY03-807132620428. Please help to return. I bought it thru Best Buy website and I have full tech.membership with BB. But when I brought walking pad (my item) to store they told me that I have to contact seller Saphiant which is not existing
The item doesn't meet my expectations, not stable for me and not comfortable to walk. PLEASE HELP to return. It's less then a month since I order and received this item. could attach the name and price. Thank you for help and understanding. Elena C.
