This item is amazing. Def good to have when you just get the phone and need protection. I would say if you’re going to get this def pay extra to get a rep to Install it for you. It has a warranty so if it breaks or gets bubbles they will replace it for you.

The screen is nice and thick which is great. I have one for both an iPhone and Pixel. It's hard not to get any lint on it when you're applying the screen. Happened to both phones. It started to bubble up on the edges already with less than a year use on the iPhone and less than a month on the Pixel. It's great. but not sure if it's worth the cost.

I bought this screen protector 5days ago and so far it hasn't catastrophically failed. Honestly, this almost feels like there's no screen protector on the phone and that's definitely a good thing. This likely would have been a 5star review however, the design of the screen protector could certainly use some improvement...... At the top portion of the screen (where the sensors are) the screen protector has a cut out so the top quarter inch of the screen is completely unprotected. Granted, that's not part of the screen we touch or use and the sensors likely wouldn't work if covered, but it still makes me uncomfortable knowing that despite spending all of this money for a screen protector for the front of my phone, the very top front portion of my phone isn't even covered at all. On the flip side, I don't feel like this screen protector actually has impacted the overall usability of the phone, and I'm not having any issues with the screen protector lifting or peeling off so after looking around, this is probably the best bet.

Great screen protector. a little pricey though. I have had zagg products for all my other phones and they work great. The problem I always have is the price.

I paid more for this than some off-brand protectors, thinking you get what you pay for. Somehow I associated ZAGG with quality, but maybe it was just name recognition. Within just days of installation, the edge became chipped. By the next day, that chip was a crack across the entire protector. Disappointed as I was, I thought ZAGG had a good warranty process, so no big deal. When I went online to get a replacement, they tried to upsell me to an "upgraded" screen protector model, and then charged me $5.99 for shipping. On top of that, I have to send the broken one back (in pieces) or they'll charge my card for the replacement. I can say that it was super easy to install, with the included alignment frame, but I very strongly recommend not buying this product. Might as well give your phone to an Otter.

It's glass. It covers your phone screen. It breaks. Supposed to protect your screen. I suppose it does that, but it for sure cracks easily - ours cracked pretty quickly. Did it stop the phone screen from cracking? Got me, but it is ELITE!

The protector is great and the tools it comes with for application are very helpful, however, it bears the same issues I have had with zagg protectors, inconsistency. I have found in my many experiences with Zagg that the protectors will sometimes develop edge bubbles that don't disappear. In this case, there is a clear imperfection in the product at the top corner. It is not a product of dust or debris, it is just slightly uneven at that edge. I'm not concerned though as I will just get a replacement if it lifts thanks to the lifetime warranty, which will allow you to replace the screen numerous times.

Installation was a way better than other products, it has a frame so you get it right. I'm not good applying screen protectors but with this one was easy and it looks spotless.

Best Buy staff installed it for a fee and did an excellent installation. Also, my phone service provider is Verizon. I pay Verizon a monthly fee for phone insurance, with includes the glass screen. I initially took it to Verizon, New Market Square, Wichita KS for replacement. I advised Verizon I had insurance and needed the screen replace. Verizon staff advised me Verizon does not have the glass screen and does not do installs. Verizon advised me to try some other vendor that might honor the insurance. I have cancelled the insurance and can you guess where I will buy my next phone?!

The price is high for a piece of plastic but it works well in protecting the front of the phone. So far so good...I will watch for it to go on sale if/when I need to replace it.

I would recommend this product only if you're willing to read the instructions. I didn't at first and I messed up the application and ended up having to buy a second one to fix it. Otherwise it's great!

it is protecting my phone so far, only issue i have with using these is the sharp edge that your finger hits everytime you try to swipe from the edges of the screen. needs a beveled edge.

Air bubbles disappeared after a few days. Installation was super easy due to included kit, which was great. And for the price, even better.

I've never been a big fan of screen protectors, but I just got my new Pixel 4XL and decided to protect it. As luck would have it, I dropped my phone right onto the screen...and the screen protector broke instead of the screen itself! Sooooo I went out and bought a new one. Never again will I leave my phone unprotected!

I love this screen protector. It fits perfectly on my Pixel 4XL and I can't tell that it is on my phone!

It cracks pretty easily but its worth it for the free replacements. I have a BBY close by so not too much of a hassle to keep bringing it in.

Great for teens and pre teens to protect screen, but has cracked in the same place 3 times. Thank goodness for lifetime warranty.

I've had ZAGG screen protectors on all my phones. Yes they crack upon heavy drops but that's what they're designed to do. The install on the screen protectors is very user friendly, and come with an alignment tool, so all you do is just about place it directly in place onto the screen. Zagg screen protectors have saved me lots of money compared to having to getting my screen replaced.
