Bought this range hood as part of a complete kitchen remodel about 6 years ago. It was great at first, but there are a few issues with it. Turns out that the light strip was re-designed after we bought it because of a problem with the cover falling off. Guess what? Our cover fell off so we had to buy a new light strip. They wouldn't give it to us even though it's a design flaw. Second, the icons for the controls (on/off, up/down, and light) come off after a few cleanings. Again, a known issue, and again they wanted us to pay for replacements. The third thing that I don't like about it is that there are only 2 baffles so there is a large part of the hood that is not actually taking up any air on either side. If I do another remodel, I will buy a different brand.
