Had to go into store and request to be replaced and now wait 3 weeks. No place in user guide does it have a E1 code. Does say take a moment and register your new range hood???

Great product - horrible service

The challenge is with Best Buy/Pacific Sales/Geek Squad. We've been waiting seven months to get our appliances installed and people just don't show up - no call, no show. I gave up and installed it myself. Product is beautiful.

Already doesn’t work

It's OK but not as cold as fridge and it rattles

This issue has existed since BestBuy delivered it. When I called BestBuy they said I have to take it up with Zyphyr directly and refused to help.
