    It has issues right outside the box brand-new product (does not run for two speeds).. running speed is not correct. Unfortunately opened the box after 1 month, so can't take to bestbuy store for return. Contacted the Manufacturer customer service, they just send some replacement parts, but not helping me with the replacing parts. so I have to find the tech guy to fix it :( not happy with this purchase first time from bestbuy.
