We recently remodeled our kitchen and our "professional" microwave lasted only 13 months before suffering a catastrophic failure. Upon learning the repairs would cost nearly as much as a brand new model I decided to just buy a new one. I didn't want to spend as much this time because my $1K microwave died so young so I bought this one because it appeared to be the same style of appliance as our other pieces. It looks great in pictures and the handle matched our other appliances, but when it arrived it immediately disappointed. All I can say is it was quiet and it cooked okay. But the handle and door impart a feeling of cheapness and feel very flimsy. The handle is actually chrome plated plastic, not brushed stainless, and the whole door assembly feels very light...not sturdy. Ultimately we decided to spend more and bought a GE Cafe microwave to match our Cafe double oven and it's a huge upgrade in every way. Like I said this one does its job okay, it just looked out of place in our kitchen and my wife couldn't bring herself to love it. Best Buy was great about the return and allowed us to upgrade so we are very happy overall, just wouldn't recommend this particular microwave.

I wanted the matching over the range microwave but the handle is plastic so it doesn’t match the handle to the range. Also it was damaged on the back although the box didn’t seem to be damaged. Made me believe it might have been packaged that way from the manufacturer.

I like how flexible this microwave is. I can do almost anything, apart from warm food and boil water. It's also perfect for my kitchen style, which is a mix of industrial design with a little bit of minimalism. The black glass window and control panel adds dimension to the whole cabinet set. It doesn't get in the way of the range hood either.

Life is easier when you have an OTR and a countertop microwave apart from a conventional oven... at least for us moms. This microwave, in particular, keeps me out of the kitchen longer than usual. I have everything my family needs in the fridge. All they have to do is heat or thaw them. I am quite impressed by its performance too.

My family loves home-cooked meals better than fast food. It's a good thing we finally have this microwave. We use it as often as we cook with our double oven range. Better have more equipment than rely on just one. Helps prolong both equipment's useful life.

I don't know much about microwave technology but I found this particular item interesting. I read a lot of good reviews so I decided to buy one. Sure enough, I proved all of them right. They say the sensors are the ones that do most of the job and make the whole machine efficient. Whatever it is it's working. It's very easy to operate even for a non-tech-savvy user like me.

I've been looking for designer appliances to use in my kitchen. When I saw this microwave, I immediately fell in love. I knew I had to buy it. It matches my countertop and cabinets really well. I don't worry about my microwave catching fumes and grease from my stovetop because it's quite easy to clean.
