My bedroom and office are in the 2nd floor, when some sales ppl came to my house, rang the bell, I needed go to downstairs to open the door and dealing with annoying sales talk. Now, I just turn on my smart phone to see who is outside and tell them to leave if I don’t want to talk to them!

When ur packages arrive. The set up so easy . I had to use the battery because my doorbell wire was not in a good location but still good. I still have a security system but think of this as a no contract.
