    Q: if this machine has 230 volts,how can I use it in my house,if I don't have these volts?And how a Best Buy selling this in U.S.?Thanks.

    A: I live in Florida and have no problems connecting it to the regular house outlet. Not sure where you got that information but 230 volts that sounds like a different outlet. Obviously it’s not a problem using it in the states. As you can see from the picture.

    Q: Can you brew a cup of decaf separately? Like if there are regular beans in the hopper can you put decaf grounds in a different spot? Also, is the milk carafe removable to store in refrigerator?

    A: Yes you can have regular beans in the hopper and you separate hole for ground coffee. Carafe is removable so you can easily keeping it in refrigerator.
