One small detail is that the security lock is built in and cannot be cut off. I have had a lock that was cut off much to my disappointment. The lock is easy to program and is built in for added safety. The luggage wheels well and is easy to use on escalators. Although a light weight design, it is durable to endure the hardships of global travel with completely unpredictable hospitality. Everyone rushes to help me when they see this luggage, and will pick it up in two seconds. After a big day of travel, every bit of help is valuable.
