A: Great question, OngFan! This model (RF27T5201SR/AA) has only one ice maker that can be manually turned on or off using the control panel. However, the similar model RF27T5241SR/AA does have the dual ice maker feature. Currently all Samsung models with two ice makers have the option to turn each ice maker on or off independently of the other ice maker. ^Jecca
