A: AnswerAvailability is a horror story! The only thing you can bank on is when you’re given a delivery date, it will be changed. And, most likely Best Buy won’t notify you. This is what happened to me. I took a vacation day and hired two installers to be on hand only for the delivery never to show up! Unfortunately this happened twice for me as I was ABSOLUTELY promised delivery the second time after it happened the first time. I was told Best Buy often makes promises and schedules delivery when there is no chance that the appliance will be available just to get the sale.Answered by mike

Good Unit
The Best Buy installers milled around the kitchen for a while before telling me they couldn't do it. They were right, the exhaust was too low. I had to cut a new one and fill the old one. Serious DIY pain. Once installed, it looks nice, moves a good amount of air and the lights are bright. Pretty much as described. Expensive, though.
