A: A Note 3 and an S3 aren't the same thing. I have both. The Note 3 is definitely larger.

A: No, This cover replaces the back plate of the phone and snaps on. It is not usable with any other case.

A: No. There are too many differences for it to work. The S3 is an old phone so finding a proper fitted case should be pretty easy and inexpensive now. Look around BestBuy.com. I recently both an OEM flip case for the S3 and it worked perfectly and was cheap! Best of luck!
