Q: Can this phone be used as a straight talk monthly pay plan ? If it can , how do you change it over?
A: Yes.....go to your service provider like Verizon, move your SIM card to the new phone, move all your apps and contacts over at the same time and you will be up and running.
Q: How does the Galaxy J7 Top compare to a Galaxy S4
A: I have had nothing but issues with this phone since I purchased it. And best buy isn't doing anything at all. They won't fix it, they won't return it, and they won't even send me a different phone. I wish I never bought it. And I don't know what to do about a phone I have that I'm paying for that doesn't even work!

A: Good question as there were 4 years in which the phone was produced. Mine was the 2018 model. The difference being that the 2018 model has vertical placement on the camera & flash apparatus on the obverse side the phone. This effects the type case that will fit the phone.
