A: I chose the $350 off certificate from Best Buy which brought the price down to $400 for the phone. If I selected the $400 gift certificate, the phone would be the full price resulting in the higher payment
A: You will be able to use your old phone until you activate your new phone when it arrives. There will be instructions on how to activate your new phone. When the new phone is activated, the old phone will deactivate. You can still use wifi for old phones to use apps.
A: I was able to upgrade my Sprint phone to an S8 without any issues if you don't see the option online you might have to go into a store to do it
Q: I have an old Sprint plan, so i do not pay monthly for my phone. how much would either s8 cost me?
A: You don't have to change to a new plan to get a new phone. You can purchase it outright but they put it into a 24 month installment plan and give you a $10 per month credit. So basically whatever the phone's full price is minus $240.00. The $10 per month credit is for keeping your current plan. I've been told you can also just pay off the phone early if you want. You don't have to lease it if you don't want to.
Q: Sprint is offering free activation when buying the S8. Will Bestbuy honor that too?
A: They did for me. No activation fee when I bought my S8 about 2 weeks ago.
A: for new customers, it would be 14.99 for 24 months as they advertised, so you would save $400. For people adding a new line to their existing sprint plan, it would be 18.75 per month for 24 months.
A: The Galaxy Forever program is also available through Best Buy.
Q: Galaxy S8 has external micro SD card and up to what size?
A: Yes there is a micro sd slot for extra storage on the s8. It can be up to 256 GB.
