Customers praise the Pro 2-in-1 Chromebook's responsive touch screen, ease of use, and lightweight design, making it highly portable. Positive feedback also highlights the device's long battery life and excellent performance for everyday tasks. Many appreciate its compact size, and some find the included pen a valuable addition. The affordable price point is also frequently cited as a significant advantage.
A couple months in and I can safely say I made the right choice. If you don't need a fancy camera on your chromebook, get the Pro. -Battery life is great. -Screen is great. -Build quality is great (but maybe don't have it in the machine shop). -COREm3 dominates in this form factor. I had my heart set on the Samsung Chromebook Plus, but while waiting for the CSR to fetch it I started looking at (and mildly fondling) the Pro model. For the difference in price, the decision wasn't difficult for me. The fancy camera of the Plus is traded for a (very nice) Quad HD display on the Pro. The camera on the Pro isn't hot garbage, but I won't be using it outside of a few conference calls. The Pro-cessor (get it?) offered is a core m3, which rates significantly higher on passmark scores than what the Plus ships with; it shows not only as numbers on a graph, but in the fantastic everyday performance of most applications. I say most because this thing is too thin to be pushing real loads, and with the thermal solution right above the keyboard you'll notice the heat both in keyboard and tablet modes. Both models offer the Pen, and it's downright awesome. The included ArtCanvas program is a very functional tech-demo of the pens capabilities, and runs like a dream on the Pro. Battery life is fantastic, with my (very unconventional) best use case seeing 10+ hours of life. During normal daily use I haven't dropped below 70%, and I wasn't exactly sliding into home plate on days I abused the Pro (30%). The keyboard isn't my preferred style, but I've been able to get used to it. The overall build quality of the Pro is what turned my head in-store, but the keyboard stood out significantly from the Plus in terms of feel. Also, it's backlit and that's awesome. A couple months in the Pro seems infallible, and I can recommend it to any professional that has a proper workstation for the heavy loads but wants something thin, light and quick for personal use.

The "Pro" in the name is spot-on accurate. Samsung hit a homerun with this model. Although it's identical in nearly every spec to the previous model (XE510C24-K01US), the key differentiator here is the backlit keyboard & that is HUGE for me. I upgraded to this model from the older Acer C720. So far, I've been extremely pleased with the Pro. It's sleek, sexy, powerful, & the screen is top-notch. My wife, who is die-hard on Apple products, even took notice at the build quality, speed, & superb screen resolution. It's really nice to finally own a premium Chromebook. I know Chromebooks have a stigma of being cheap & weak, however, that is definitely NOT true at all in this case. This is a wonderful machine. And if you are like me & want a great laptop, that not only performs spectacularly but looks incredible as well, then THIS IS THE CHROMEBOOK for you.
