Q: Questiongames?i am really thinking about getting this laptop, i was wondering though how well does this laptop handle games? like call of duty, assassins creed, crysis... will it handle modern games well? thanks!! :)

- A:Answer It kills games. All of them. Eats them for breakfast. Skyrim. BF3. Doesn't matter. COD. The Samsung laughs at modern games. :) Seriously, gameplay at 1600x900 will give you 60+FPS with about 70C on the 640m and 80C on the CPU. It's all good.

Q: QuestionGraphics wise for Guild Wars 2?Just curious but do you think this computer can run Guild Wars 2 at highest settings without any problems. ie. Lag, fps problems, or overheating. Q: QuestionDoes this have a Windows 7 version model?I like this laptop except the fact that it comes with Windows 8. I like the backlit keyboard, numpad, cd/dvd rom, 8GB Ram, 1GB graphics card, i7 quad core processor, slim and overall design, screen size, and of course, the price tag thats less than $1000. Is there anyway I can get this same laptop and price with Windows 7 instead?

- A:Answer Yes, as a matter of fact Best Buy currently offers both models -- with Win7 (S01UB, left) or Win8 (S02UB, right). There are some minor but important differences between the models, including the fact that the newer S02UB has the more powerful NVIDIA 640m graphics card. I think it is also a bit cheaper. I would recommend the Win8 version, though it may be a few weeks (or even a couple months) before everything is working perfectly -- it wouldn't surprise me if both Microsoft and Samsung have to send out a few new drivers and patches. Of course if you have a Win7 disk handy you can always install that on the S02UB!
