Good, but weak plastic casing.

Owned for 10 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall these keyfobs are a nice edition to the ADT SmartThings alarm system, allowing you to arm from the car on your way out of the garage. However, I really wish they would have made a more resilient plastic housing, or encased these in a silicon sleeve or something. One drop, and the plastic casing on the top will crack.

We got 4. So we all could have one on our key chains. Well worth it

Q: QuestionHow secure is the fob? Can it be locked? For example if your keys are lost or a button is accidentally pressed while your keys are in your pocket or bag.

- A:Answer No, it can't be locked but you have to hold the button for 2 to 3 seconds to disarm the system. That doesn't help if you lose your keys though.
