After using this pillow for a couple months now I've finally gotten used to it. Before this pillow, I used to use a pair of pillows to get the height I wanted. But with this one, two pillows would be much too high. This thing keeps its shape VERY well and it took some getting used to the slight height and firmness differences. Overall, you can tell it's well made, and I love that the outer case it comes with can be taken off and washed separately. That period of breaking it in and getting used to the pillow is the only reason for me taking off a star. If you're used to firmer pillows that keep their shape, this will be perfect for you.

Supports big guy head very well with no more neck pain. Would buy it again in the future.

The pillow is a little firmer that I usually prefer. However, I wake up with less headaches and neck pain. I've had the pillow for about 5 months, and it has maintained its shape.

I was really skeptical at first buying a pillow from Best Buy but this pillow has far exceeded my expectations. I was having issues sleeping with my old pillows I had but this one is really great and retains its shape which is a big deal for me. It’s a great pillow at a great price.

I bought this pillow and was more than happy with how much I enjoyed it. I have some neck problems and I noticed after a week that I didn't wake up in as much pain as I usually do. I just ordered another one yesterday.

Great comfortable pillow... Durable... gives great support... not too soft or hard... exactly what I was looking for for years lol...
