Several times when started made a weird clunking sound, but it hasn't done it since. The wave open option can be turned on or off. This feature works great. Also to close you can either give it a little nudge on the door or press the open/close button to close. Like the light inside. Wish it had a backlit on the keypad but not a game changer. We had a custom cabinet made so we did not need the end panels since we had the 24" microwave drawer. The keypad is hidden behind the top panel making it very sleek look. The reheat coffee takes too long but haven't tried the other reheat features. It does have a time delay feature. It is very pricey but worth it.

Great drawer style microwave!

It fit perfectly within the cabinet space, under the counter, of our new kitchen layout. It's sleek and out of the way. It also cooks nicely and has great sensing options.

I especially like the front panel that flips open. It makes it very easy to read and operate. I also like the sleek design. It blends right in with all my appliances and looks for snazzy.

Broke after one year
