Good Len...Good lens...I'm absolutely in love with the photos this lens allows me to capture, but if you are looking at lenses, keep in mind that this lens does not have the option to zoom in and out....1) It is very very inexpensive 2) Delivers amazingly great results 3) Is small, lightweight, and SHARP / FAST Get this lens, finally updated after 25 years and a great performer in both photos and video.
Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 STM Standard Lens: Capture important moments in your life with this standard lens, which works with your compatible Canon DSLR EF-mount camera. A circular aperture with 7 blades helps you add creative background blur.
Love it...Good one...This lens is awesome for closeup, I m beginners so I need little time like 20-30 sec to focus lens correctly to take photo, if you are planning out door trip like going NY or DC to day trip this lens might not be good fit as this is good fit for closeup and portrait....Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 50mm f/1.8G Standard Lens: A perfect everyday lens for any photographer, the AF-S NIKKOR 50mm f/1.8G offers fast autofocusing combined with an integrated lens coating to deliver clear and crisp images.

a must buy...Love it!!...Being that it is a prime lens, it provides great picture quality and the fixed focal length really allows you to look at your shot more before actually taking a picture since you need to move closer or farther in order to zoom in or out....If you do indoor photos or low-light photos, using a prime lens with an aperture range of f/1.8 to f/22 will allow more light into the sensor, so your photos are brighter without using a flash or other light source.
Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR 35mm f/1.8G Standard Lens: Whether you're a beginner or professional, you'll love this compact, lightweight lens from Nikon. The normal angle of view captures approximately what the human eye sees, making it a great all-around lens. Plus, the f/1.8 maximum aperture is ideal for creating softly blurred backgrounds and shooting in low light.
Awesome !!...Nice Lens...It's good for people who use tripods mainly using lenses such as these but if you are hand held most of the time and active, probably not the best choice....I have gone to a few events(airshows, sporting events) and this was the main lens I used, I found that the image quality was decent, but when I zoomed into the picture on my computer, the edges of the subject were colored blue, purple, green, or yellow 80% of the time....Outside getting a combo lens (more money) this was excellent value included in the canon black Friday combo.
Canon EF 75–300mm f/4–5.6 III Telephoto Zoom Lens: An ideal lens for photography enthusiasts who want to take their creativity to the next level, this telephoto zoom lens provides a long focal reach for taking close-ups shots from a distance. Take action shots while sitting on the sidelines at games and events, photograph wildlife without getting too close and capture incredible details on your next vacation.
Not bad...Thumbs up...I love it because you can get great candid pictures because you can be far enough away where people don't know you are photographing them....But over all I like this lens for a starter lens, but would recommend the combination lens over this one, if you have a choice and the money, but as I said this one came with the bundle.
Snap sharp, vibrant photos at a distance with this Canon EF-S 8546B002 telephoto lens, which features a 55-250mm focal length for flexible zooming and optical image stabilization to reduce the effects of camera shake.
Great len...I love it...I am in love with this lens which I use with my Sony A6000 Camera - It is very easy to mount in a flash and is exactly what I need to capture those once in a lifetime shots....good zoom, I can also use the extra 2 times zoom or clear image zoom In the camera, the camera extends the zoom, cleans the image and you got extra zoom from the camera, works well, I used for some moon shots already....I got this in a package bundle on black friday so it was relatively free.
Designed for use with most Sony Alpha E-mount cameras, this Sony SEL55210/B telephoto lens features Optical SteadyShot image stabilization, so you can capture images in crisp detail. The 2 ED (extra-low dispersion) elements help ensure color accuracy.
Love it !...Thank you...I am not the type to brown nose a product but Canon Lenses are so diverse and this one (10-18mm) gives you the perfect range for portraits and close range artistic shots....Needless to say, I had to return the lens and ended up with the Sigma 17-50 f/2.8 which is a MUCH better video lens that is still decently wide-angle.
With an STM (stepping motor) and focus mechanism, this Canon EF-S 9519B002 zoom lens allows you to record ultrasharp videos or capture crisp photos using your compatible Canon camera. The UD lens element helps you take highly realistic images.
Good lens!...Very good...This lens had a high f stop of 2.8 so it captures light really well plus being macro you can get right into whatever your subject may be....It performed great wide open @2.8 and did even better @4 I use it all the time for everything from "macro" (with extension) to portraits of my boys.
Capture stunning images of wide perspectives with this Canon 9522B002 EF-S wide-angle lens that features an aspheric lens element for high image quality from the center to the edges. The circular, 7-blade aperture delivers soft backgrounds.
Great Lens....Best lens...I was searching for a replacement to my Nikon camera/lens combo- I love the clarity of this lens- however, I am slightly disappointed in the range- My Nikon 70-300 was able to take much better pictures of the players on the baseball field- I cannot get on the field and the reach of the 70-200 lens is just not enough....I tested this lens in a very low light conditions and the stabilization and luminosity were amazing, of course the ISO was high but the noise was very pretty, imitating 35mm plastic film very well.
Canon EF 70–200mm f/2.8L IS II USM Telephoto Zoom Lens This telephoto zoom lens is an essential tool for professional photographers and skilled amateurs. The variable focal length makes it useful for photographing a broad range of subjects, and the 2.8 maximum aperture functions well in low-light situations. Snap candid portraits, stop the action at sporting events or compose wedding photos with exceptional blurred backgrounds.
It's great...Worth it...Image quality is only marginally better than the f/1.8, and while it uses a USM motor (not ring-type) to focus, it really doesn't focus that much faster and isn't terribly quiet while doing so....The fixed length means that you have to move the camera to compose the shot, or crop the image in post, however the trade off is the huge aperture (F/1.4) and the great image quality you get from a prime lens.
Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 USM Standard Lens: This Canon 50mm lens has an unusually large maximum aperture so you can get detailed pictures even in low light without needing a flash. It's excellent for basic portraits and scenic shots, especially at night.
Great lens!...Very good...the auto-focus is quick and silent, the lens is sharp from f4 and higher, it still performs well wide open, but is a bit soft....We started to explore deeper the capabilities of our Sony A6000 and wanted a good prime lens for portraits (larger aperture), from all the reviews we did read this one was looking like a no brainer and it did not disappoint.
Customize your Sony Alpha camera with this Sony prime lens for enhanced picture quality. OSS image stabilization reduces blurring for crisp, clear images, and the direct manual focus switches from autofocus to manual focus effortlessly. Boasting a 50mm focal length, this Sony prime lens lets you zero in on the perfect shot.
The BEST...Great buy...The range it covers (27MM to 210MM} fits perfectly for my usual demands and allows me to carry only this lens when traveling or at home....I bought this lens separately to pair with a Nikon D7500 camera body (my Best Buy store was out of the "kit" version of that camera which came with this lens) and I have been very happy with the results.
Cover every shot with this all-in-one Nikon 18-140mm camera lens that lets you zoom from wide-angle to telephoto without missing a beat. Extra-low Dispersion (ED) glass creates amazing contrast, and the zoom enables crisp images as close as 1.48 feet away. This Nikon 18-140mm camera lens features a Silent Wave Motor (SWM) for super quiet clicks.
A must have...As a bonus....In any case, I'm happy with the lens, though having to switch between the 18-55 and the 55-210, is somewhat of a hassle, but the price for the 18-200 is much more of a deterrent....while you could find more expensive long shot lenses, perhaps with finer picture, you will not regret the ease of use and good pics you get with this lens.
With Optical SteadyShot image stabilization, this Sony NEX SEL55210 lens makes it easy to take clear, steady photos and videos with your Sony NEX digital camera. The 3.8x zoom lets you hone in on distant subjects from far away.
Go for it....Sharp lens....The hood, however, keeps the lens out of harms way quite effectively, and it increases contrast and reduces flare at the same time by preventing light from entering the lens at high angles of attack....When taking it out of the box you can practically tell by the weight that the build quality is better than expected. It gives lots of character to your Rebel and you can use with the most expenses cameras also
Canon EF 85mm f/1.8 USM Medium Telephoto Lens: Get sharp, clear photos with this Canon medium telephoto lens that delivers vibrant color and clarity with fast, quiet focusing. The 85mm focal length draws attention to your subject and transforms the background into a soft blur for professional-quality portraits and impeccably detailed close-up shots.
Great Glass...love it...However I've received 2 minor scratches on the edges of this lens out of nowhere within a month or 2 and I've never obtained any scratches on any of my lenses of the 7 years I've been into photography....The lack of image stabilization is a minor point, while it might have been nice, it also would have made the lens heavier and most pros don't rely on IS, particularly at such close range.
Canon EF 24–70mm f/2.8L II USM Standard Zoom Lens: Built to handle the demands of professional use, this lens is durable as well as dust- and water-resistant. Fluorine coatings on the front and rear surfaces keep smudges and fingerprints to a minimum.
