(Flash demo) SynopsisFive years ago, a now-legendary disaster led the skating paradise of San Vanelona to be evacuated, and the city was left largely in ruins. A company called Mongocorp is spearheading the reconstruction effort. Great Game

This game is really great. The main campaign of the game is long and fun but can be frustrating when you can't land a trick right. The online co-op is a lot of fun and you can spend hours playing with your friends. The races and trick competitions online are also great. Hall of Meat is a great new addition to the game that makes wiping out fun every time. There are also so many tricks that you can do and you can really see yourself improve as you progress through the game. There are also a ton of fun side missions that make the game a lot more enjoyable and going off those monster ramps is insane every time, especially when you land. There are a few negatives in this game such as the glitches. Online during the Hall of Meat mode people know glitches that shoot them hundreds of feet into the air so they get major points. Hopefully that will be patched though. Also walking off your board is very clumsy. Your guy never seems to stop right where you want him to and turning around is just plain awful. The only other negative about this game is that when you do a challenge the pedestrians always seem to walk right in front of the rail you need to grind or the ramp you need to go off which is just wicked frustrating. Overall the game is definitely worth $60.

To start off with this game, the grahics are slightly above average. but this game isn't built off of the graphics. The gameplay is phonomenal, you can skate around the city and skate on almost ANYTHING! Also you have a replay option now that lets you edit replay and the coolest part is that you can upload it to something called"skate.REEL" the lets the entire skate community and friends veiw and rate it. The multiplayer is just as fun. If youve got friends who've got this game you can free skate with them and there is 100% no lag, you can see exacly what this person is doing. This game also offers a variety of things to do other than the challenges. Speaking of the challenges, some of them are near impossible and mind-numbingly difficult. But you will end up beating them... sooner or later. Now you may have heard the difficulty of moving your male/female when they are off the board. For the most part this is true. But most of the time your on your board and the movement really doesnt prove to be that difficult. Anyways the game wasnt made to be running around anywho, so the movement of character while off board really doesnt matter. Overall this game is worth buying, well if you think youll like it, for the price it was definatly worth it for me and will last a very long time. Oh and by the way of your lazy and really dont wanna beat the game, there is DLC for the 360 that unlocks everything for you, well if you have 5 dollars of microsoft points laying around. But i mean really, what the heck is up with that DLC?!?!?

this game is going to be great. the first one was amazing. i bought the first one on PS3, the online was ok not many people on ps3 online, and the headset was very crackly, so this time i might buy it on the 360. you should go buy this game, and while your out pick up the first one, its cheap now! learn the controlers befor the new one hits stores, they take a while to get use to. this game is amazing if you realy skate, and very fun even if you dont skate!

I can't say I've played a better skating game other than this one. This game gets the realism of skating down so well its made me want to start skating again. The graphics flow so smoothly, and with the flick it controls it makes accomplishing tricks something more difficult than just mashing buttons. Other than the creepy hall of meat system that ocurrs when you bail and eat cement, the game is so much fun. The only thing that got to me was the lingo that was used in the game too profusely that made everyone seem like they had low IQ's. Other than that this is a must buy!

I pre-ordered this game and went out and bought it the first day It came out. The reason I did that is because I'm a fan of the EA SKATE games and I skateboard in real life. So this is really the most realistic skateboarding game I've ever played. Tony Hawk games (in my opinion) can't touch EA's SKATE games. One of the bad things about this game is that its easy to get addicted to it and before you know it, you beat the game in a matter of 3 days, but thats really the only bad thing about the game. Also EA has put DLC (Downloadable Content) in the game. The original SKATE game did not have DLC. So overall I would highly recommend this game if your a fan of skateboarding.

I love the graphics and the ragdoll. I'm always amazed by everytime I fall. If I go up on a vert ramp and fall i actually slide down all the way not stop in the middle of it. The graphics are cool and you get to make your own skater. There are a lot of choices to choose from but when you finish the game you feel that you have not so many choices to wear. But this is not a fashion game its about the skating. I love the SV Stadium. Dropping down it and flying in the air is great. There are a lot of different missions for the story. Skate 1 was just mostly about just doing 1 photo shoot but in Skate 2 you have like 3 different objectives and then after your done you have to run away from the security. The security is more difficult.
The only bad thing I guess is the ending of the story is lame. Don't want to give out the ending but if you played Skate 1 you'd think it was lame.
Anyway, if you don't have it, and you like great ragdoll then it's a must to get.
