Q: Will this fit my 420 e olympus digital camera

A: No. Confusing. However, your camera uses the earlier Four-Thirds lenses. All the new OM lenses, here, are "MICRO" Four-Thirds lenses. I don't believe anyone makes the original 4/3, now, though I do see them on the used market. Try B&H Foto, online. Look for their used section. You can trust their condition ratings, and their prices are fine, especially on the older, yet not quite collectible gear.
