Q: Why does the Deluxe edition not have pre-orders available anymore? added it to my cart 2 days ago and was ready to preorder now but now says coming soon on all stores.

A: I noticed this, too. One minute it is available, the other minute it is not. When I first went to site it said unavailable, I come back 10 mins later it is available but I refresh the page again it goes back to "coming soon". I come back another 20-30 minutes later it is available again. So this time I purchased PS5 Deluxe edition fast before it went away again. It went through. Immediately, after I purchase I went back to check saying "coming soon". I don't know if it is a glitch or they are just posting only a couple of copies periodically on site. Just keep refreshing/coming back to page within the hour.

A: What time will we be sent out DL code? It’s 7pm CST on the 6th and it comes out in 4 hours according to their tweet — how will be able to pre-download it and actually play it on time?

A: No, this only includes the PS5 version.

Q: Could you pick this up 3 days early due to the early access?

A: yes, if you look at the release date it says '2/7/2023' which is 3 days earlier than the actual release (2/10/2023)

Q: Hi how are you what kind of online play is this for ps5 and what's the difference in normal game and the deluxe edition are they a disc and digital or just disc too thank you!!

A: Doesn't really have "online play" as it's a singleplayer game. Both versions are disc. Deluxe comes with the Dark Arts Pack (i.e. Thestral Mount, Clothing, Dark Arts Arena). The normal game doesn't include this content, however if you preorder either version you get an Onyx Hippogriff mount. If you want a digital version, just buy it on the playstation store.

Q: What's the reason for the "Internet required" label? Isn't this a single-player campaign?

A: There is a Day 1 patch updating a few minor bugs. You need internet access to download the update on the day the game launches.
