A: This is probably too late, but I would suggest opening it and reseating all the parts and connections that you can (e.g., that connect to the MOBO). It could be a RAM or power issue, but it more than likely is the GPU.

Great little PC unit
Very well made small form PC unit. I am very happy with the size, and how quiet it is. It really does not make a sound. The little window on the side is nice for seeing the fan spinning and the RGB lights on the RAM stick.
