I bought this to steer myself and my son away from regular pop..it has been amazing. No plugs, no mess, just press and go really. No real clean up and to be honest I love the flavors but I usually just carbonate my water. Not at all disappointed with my purchase. Love love love it.

Everyone in my family has a Soda Stream and raved about them and gave me a hard time for not having one. I decided to give it a try and love the flavor you can mix in...but my favorite in a splash of juice and carbonated water from the Soda Stream. Easy to use, clean and helps my family cut down on soda/lots of sugar. The only drawback is the expense on refill cartridges, but less than and healthier than buying lots of 2 liter sodas.

I like the concept of this. Pros: - Add as little or as much syrup as you'd like - Don't have to go to the store to get soda/carbonated water - Love the red color - Doesn't take up too much space - Just use tap water Cons - Takes some getting used to when pushing the lever - Not as carbonated as soda from the store or water

I thought this item was actually fun to use. The soda is really easy to make and the whole system is easy to clean. My only 2 complaints are that it is difficult to find the differences between the model types and also the soda's carbonation didn't last as long as store bought sodas. I only tried it once though, so I have to buy another soda container and try again. Hopefully my opinion will change by then!

I bought this with a little bit of a skeptical thought, but after using it for a while, it really carbonates the water before adding flavor, and the flavors themselves are pretty good. We use it every night and we don't have to worry about caffeine or excess sugar or anything like that.

Great for a health soda. We do not drink much but the coke flavor is like RC cola. The sprite version is awesome. Root beer is loved by the kids. Wish they had Full Throttle flavor.

QuestionHow to you put the mini cylinder in the machine as the back does not open. You cannot insert it?

- Answer Turn it on its side. Unscrew cartridge from the bottom. Put new cartridge in and screw into place.
