Broke Product with Geek Squad Certified tag
It came with one of the sides punched in like that. Went to the store to find out my options. The customer service representative spent 30 mins to chit-chat before attending to me. And after looking at it all she said that oh this is definitely damaged and your only option is to get a refund, then stood like a statue. What about the inconvenience that this thing caused me? I was so excited to get this soundbar and at the end of the day all I got was unprofessional behavior from Best Buy. So much for GEEK SQUAD CERTIFIED tag. It's a shame that I can't opt for 0 star here. Thank you for ruining my weekend.

Best SoundBar
The clarity and depth of the sound are remarkable—dialogues are crisp and easy to understand, while the bass is powerful without being overwhelming. It’s like having a full surround sound system without the need for multiple speakers and wires cluttering the room.
