Q: Will these work as wireless headphones to watch TV?
A: As long as your TV has bluetooth capabilities, yes.
A: Yes, you can use the headset via plug in if they aren't charged, though noise canceling and ambient sound aren't available if the headset is out of battery
A: These work well but the wh1000xm4's have them beat. So for the best ANC either Bose or Sony Wh1000xm4
A: They can sometimes act as a vacuum to shut out the noises outside of them. Make sure that you use the app to allow it to learn you actions & the way that you like your sound canceled out and when. The sound adjustments will also make it to when certain frequencies are prevalent. Also it has an part in the app that adjusts them to you ears so that it can know how much sound if any to let out or in.
Q: Can I plug the headphones into computer to listen to music?
A: Yes, I listen to youtube often as well as electronic drums, keyboards, and guitars with a plug in preamp, and wireless bluetooth transmitter on TV, and media monkey on my phone.
Q: how far away from tv will they work?
A: They continue to work through out our home. Not just in one room.
A: I have used these while on a treadmill several times now. Working up a sweat and simply wiping them down seems to work without any problems.
