Q: How easy is it to get case on and off? Thanks.

A: It is not a rubbery, flexible type material but it snaps on very nicely. It takes a little more effort to get it off. If you are going to take it off daily or very often, it would probably not be the case for you. I put it on, and don't take it off unless my phone is having a problem. It slides in your pocket easily so I see no reason to take it off. It is an extremely protective case.

Q: WHAT SIZE IS THIS MODEL?

A: iPhone 5, 5s, and SE.

Q: Does the case have the screen protector itself like an outter-box?

A: This case does not have a screen protector itself. So unlike an otter box, which I have had, the sound is MUCH BETTER and so is the visibility on the phone. You are not looking through a layer of plastic. I purchased the thin film type screen protector which they will put on right at the store (AT&T and Verizon stores, and probably Best Buy too). This goes well with the case. I highly recommend this case over an otter box. The sides are built up slightly to protect against those falls onto the concrete or other hard surfaces.

Q: Does it fit in 5s

A: Yes, it fits my iPhone SE, which is the same size as the 5s.

Q: Does the edge of the case cover the screen in the front? My phone’s display is starting to pull away from the body of the phone, and I want a secure case that partially covers the edge of the screen to help hold it in place.

A: Yes, the case wraps around the edge of the screen on the front.

Q: Is this case available in stores?

A: Yes

Q: is there a connection port on bottom to plug in a cord .I cant remember the name of cord to connect to my speaker.

A: yes, I think you would plug your aux cord into the headphone plug.

Q: speck case warranty? Mine cracked

A: It has a one year warranty through the manufacturer (Speck). I would recommend reaching out to them for assistance.
