Q: I have a 13.3" screen...is this too big for that size?
A: It will fit inside, but the bag is too big. Your laptop will shift inside and not fit snug.
Q: will this sleeve hold a 14 1/2 inch dell laptop?
A: Yes it will!
Q: Does it hold a 16" HP laptop.
A: Too small for that, but you can find other models in store. I think up to almost 14" is what we found works, but even then might be better to go bigger.
Q: Does it have handles to carry?
A: No it does not have handles, but the material that is made out of makes it easy to grip and hold onto.
