A: It needs to hook up to a hose. So, unless you have a way to get that lake water through a hose, I don't see it working.
Q: Can this washer be used indoors? If so, would you hook up the water supply?
A: Do you mean indoors, like in a warehouse or such? I can't see using in a home, but maybe in a shop or garage it might work. It is designed to hook up to a hose.
Q: is this pressure washer for cleaning a walkway ?
A: It has sufficient pressure to clean my stamped concrete patio and front sidewalk. It says not to spray on glass (windows, I guess) but it is fine for stucco.
Q: Does this particular sprayer have a soap dispenser on it by chance?
A: I don't think so. I sprayed everything with Simple Green and let it sit a bit, then rinsed with the pressure hose.
