My 2nd Favorite Media Interpretation of Superman
I watched this growing up, actually preferred it over BTAS only because I liked Superman more than Batman. Don’t get me wrong both are equally great, but nothing beats the Man of Steel. There are 6 discs, and a leaflet with the episode titles. Digital code is included to redeem on VUDU only I believe. Unfortunately I received mine a day early and when I redeemed it, got an error. Hopefully I get another code, I’ve already contacted customer service about my situation. Packaging is less than what BTAS & Batman Beyond had during their release with the special editions. Actually I prefer just a normal release, my BTAS set with the funko pops, it’s difficult to remove the discs. I actually just bought Superman TAS on dvd back earlier this year, it too was 6 discs, which means that there’s some compression. I saw a YouTube review for the UK version and it has 9 discs, seems more reasonable. I watched the first 2 episodes Last Son of Krypton pt 1 & 2 and the sound and picture was great. The picture is in full frame like the original broadcasts. Overall if you love Superman you owe it to yourself to buy this! It should be included in everyone’s Superman collection!
