Q: is the keyboard included? or needs to be bought separately?
A: Keyboards on all Surface's are sold separately. You should buy aftermarket, they're way better than the flimsy Microsoft keyboards.
Q: What is the processor type and speed?
A: I was not impressed with the performance of it. I am returning it for the pro 7. The lte is a cool option but not worth the lose in performance. I also had issues with some programs. Since it is a 32 bit processor that emulates a 64 bit, I couldn’t even load a few programs.
Q: Does it have a backlight keyboard?
A: Yes it does. It also has multiple brightness settings.
A: Yes, the full office 365 suite works perfectly on this tablet. The only drawback I have found is you cannot load the regular version of dropbox on this tablet, it does not support it. So if you use dropbox as your cloud storage I would not recommend this tablet.
Q: will this work on the sprint network?
A: Surface Pro X supports the following LTE Bands: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 12, 13, 14, 19, 20, 25, 26, 28, 29, 30, 38, 39, 40, 41, 46, 66. We recommend checking with your network to see they are compatible with Surface Pro X.
A: Hi, I have the 16GB and it really does not make much difference. It can be speedier but that will depend on the LTE or WiFi. Its an excellent product.
Q: Anyone know if it works for Verizon?
A: Hi, Answer is-----Its works on ALL Carriers Flawlessly. I use Verizon but have used others.
Q: Can you plus in a wireless mouse to this? and if so, where?!?
A: There are two usb-c ports on the side. So you'll either need a usb-c dongle or an adaptor. I use a Logitech wireless mouse no problem with a Usb A plugged into a usb c adaptor
