This is the answer to those who love the price is right television show. There are clips of the show from the entire life of the show, from recent Drew Carey days all the way back to the first days of the show when Bob Barker's hair wasn't quite white yet. The games are fun and easily learned in the short explanation prior to playing each game. You will do everything from get called down to contestant's row, make your way off to a pricing game, spin the wheel and hopefully get to the showcase. The one part that surprised me and impressed me was the fact that all the prizes and showcases are actual video from old shows complete with Barker's Beauties showing off the merchandise. It gives the game more of a realistic feel.
The single player has a couple different modes and can be fun as you work your way to the showcase. You will be able to unlock each game to be played as an individual mini game, along with unlocking videos and clothes and props for your avatar. The avatars don't have much depth, but as you unlock you can customize more.
My one complaint is that multiplayer only has one mode, Party Mode. In this mode all players will start on contestant's row. Whoever wins gets to play a pricing game. If you're playing with 2 people, after the game is done you will automatically go to the showcase. There are no computer players inserted. If there are 3 or 4 people, the first two players to come off contestant's row will automatically go to the showcase. No spinning of the wheel. This disappoints as it involves a lot of going in and out of games, which is a bit of a drag due to long load times. I have found that this game is almost more fun by playing the single player mode with a group of friends and just having everyone contribute to guessing of prices and handing off the one wii remote between players to play different pricing games.
All in all this was a good addition to my Wii collection. It is a nice game to play once in awhile with a group of friends on a night when you're playing a variety of games. You probably won't spend hours upon hours playing this after the first week of owning it but I still come back to it once in awhile. A solid title for Wii at the right price (it was on sale for $15 the week I picked it up). Not worth the $40 regular price, but probably $25 or so.

I was pretty excited to get this game since I have watched it ever since I was a child. Once I got the game me and my parents wanted to play. Went to select and there were the option of 4 people, we only needed 3 so it worked out fine. So when the game starts, its just us 3. No computers filled in the other 3 spots on the podiums. So whoever won would play the game, then one of the other two would automatically be in the finals with you. So not having the option to have the computers fill in the extra seats is really stupid and hurts the multi player mode alot.
The graphics are so-so, but are still pretty decent. Very cartoony. Gameplay is great. Its a fun game, and is fun as one player as well.
The loading times for this game are horrible and often. By far the longest and most often loading times of any other wii games I have played.
Overall its still a cool game and is fun to play. We found it the most fun to take turns when playing multi player. And with these loading times, you gotta be patient.

Worst game I have ever bought!

This is the most boring game I have ever played. It was way to expensive for what it is and I encourage everyone not to waste your money. You only get to play 3 rounds before the showcase and you only get to spin the wheel if more than 2 people play. Its most often the same game you get to play over and over and its the same prizes after about 5 plays of the game. The graphics are horrible as are the avatars. No Drew or Bob Barker either. Only the anouncer. Please do not waste your money!

Highly Disappointing

As a long-time PIR fan, I was disappointed by the game play delivered. Each progression through the game requires excessive loading and the prize products repeat much sooner than I would have expected. I wouldn't buy this game unless it's heavily discounted from its $40 list price.

This was a fun version of The Price is Right. The video clips showing products makes it more realistic. It can be boring for the individuals who do not win a price round. Other than that, all the fun is included. The only complaint is the time it takes to load between the pricing games...it seems to make the who game drag out too long. It does not take too long to play a full game, so it would be good for rotating players at a game party.

the game is a a good idea to play the game once in a while but the game is poor on its graphics .when u want to play the showcase showdown on 2-4 players the game skips the showcase showdown so all players can't play the showcase showdown at all.in the beginning when u bid the object and 1 person wins the bid 1 player can play the game when that part is over other people can't play the bid no more in the beginning.when your about to play the mini-game u can choose which game you want to play

First you don't use your Mii. Second It is very slow moving. It takes a long time to move to the next stage of the game. You spend a lot of time waiting... The games you play are fun as long as you get on stage. This was a gift (which I asked for) but wish I had listened to a few of the others that have said the same thing that I am now saying. Maybe playing with an older person (I'm 51) they might like it.
