Gothic Italian Vampire Classic Finally Unleashed!
Scream Factory have provided the first official home video release of this Italian vampire classic film in the US. The transfer was taken from a fine-grain element in MGM's vault which has vinegar syndrome. That being said, the quality of the presentation is outstanding with rich blacks. Scratches, debris, and warbles are limited. Both Italian and English audio is included.
Setting off the extras is a standard 8mm digest of the film. Silent with superimposed subtitles, this is a hoot! Dialogue was re-written and it features some hilarious lines. I am very happy this was included.
I highly recommend this disc. PERFECT for the Halloween season.
