    Don't get when promised

    While the product itself seems to work well, it took one month after the promise date of 12/23/2024 to receive. We had to make numerous calls to Best Buy and finally had to write a letter to the president of the company along with the Better Business Bureau. This is why I only gave it 3 stars.
