A: This is the only thing I don’t like about it - it’s extremely hard to get the connection in. .. And I work for IT, for a living.
A: Yes. The speaker is very loud, especially considering the small size. I drive a diesel truck at work (very loud), and the speaker is easy to hear over the noise/sound of the truck.
Q: Why does the box only list Apple compatible products?
A: The Ultimate Ears Boom 3 will work with any Bluetooth audio device. There is just a "designed for use with Apple" sticker on the packaging. - Will, Ultimate Ears.

A: Mine arrived with around 20-25%! Enough to set it up and listen for a few hours.

A: No.
Q: Do you sell charging cables for this device?
A: The charging cables are micro USB. Best Buy does not sell the OEM cables for it, but any fast charger block with a micro usb will work just find.
