Q: How much to install alarm system
A: Do you already have the system installed? This is just the siren. Best Buy won’t charge for install as long as you already have the remote system installed. My local Best Buy is installing my entire system for free after buying from them. My system includes: compustar cs4905s kit, compustar pro t13 remote upgrade kit, siren, and DroneMobile.
Q: Does this have an option to lock and unlock your doors ?
A: No.. its only a security add on kit
Q: Will this alarm prevent Catylatic converter theft?
A: I don’t know for sure, but it’s possible if they bumped into the vehicle or disturbed it enough in the attempt to remove the converter. Mine is sensitive enough that a cat jumped onto the vehicle from a fence and set it off. I would recommend the alarm. Not sure cats would recommend it.
