Q: QuestionTrying to activate this device and the website and phone activation is asking for a phone number - how do find the phone number?

- A:Answer When I purchased my device, it was activated at the store. They gave me a printout with the phone number of the device. I was not able to get an account created online (I kept getting an error message) so I called customer service and they got everything straightened out right away.

- A:Answer I tried for two days to get this hotspot activated with Verizon and couldn't. I called multiple phone numbers and went through endless automated voice systems to only get hung up on every time. I would recommend returning it and getting one from a different carrier.
